Positive: For me it was all about location so it worked. It was clean and had great towels. Negative: It’s on a noisy street so you do need earplugs. In the summer without aircon I think it would be uncomfortable. It’s a very small place (Murphy bed) which was fine for 1 person but 2 people would be cramped.
