9 New suite 4 personnes- Saint Germain Notre-Dame

Positive: It was in a great area, the floor plan is as advertised and modern Negative: everything is close to breaking from door nobs to hangers, stains everywhere and markings on the wall. For the price I was expecting better maintenance.

Super dirty apartment and extremely rude owner Positive: Location was good Negative: The property was extremely dirty and the cleaning was not performed. There were blood stains on the sofa, bird poop on the and by the windows, the carpet has not been vacuumed at all and the table was full of crumbs, also the bed linen was not properly washed. They say it is non smoker but it was a fully smoker apartment as it was smelling horribly of long term indoors smoking. The property owner was extremely rude and said if I didn’t like something, I could go to the police or fire department. They also ask you to fill in your card details to block 500€ via an external site.

Great location, but need to be fit and able to manage the narrow windy stairs. Limited storage inside apt. Positive: Location Negative: Host requires an additional deposit (outside of the booking system). & yeah, lots of stairs, but we knew that going into it. We justified it as additional exercise to work off the crepes we just had.

Ottimo soggiorno nel cuore di Parigi Positive: L’intero stabile è stato appena rinnovato, l’appartamento è nuovissimo e arredato con gusto. La cucina è fornita anche per chi volesse cucinare. Molto gradita la macchina del caffè espresso in dotazione. Letti comodi e molto silenzioso. Posizione top! Negative: Il nostro appartamento era al terzo piano, l’ultima rampa di scale risulta un po’ scomoda con le valigie.
