Positive: L’emplacement La propreté Facile d’accès Résidence bien fermé Les petites attention du guest Negative: La porte en métal ne se ferme pas , donc sentiment d’insécurité ( je suis très peureuse même si la résidence est ferme ) La douche une catastrophe on se douche pas soit troooop chaud ou froid j’ai vu un commentaire avant mais sincèrement j’ai pas cru jusqu’à mon arrivé , vraiment fait changé

Great location. Excellent facilities and some surprising basics missing. Positive: +Great location; +Coffee and tea facilities; +Very well kitted kitchen with a very big European fridge freezer, washing machine, electric stove, microwave, kettle and Nespresso machine; +Complicated acces process gave us the idea the place was safe from people entering the flat from outside; +Good quality hair dryer; +shower gel, shampoo, toilet, good quality towels and soap provided; +Prompt, kind and very professional reaction from owner to our request. Negative: - We could not sit on the toilet because the wall was a few inches in front of it. Different position of the basin would have helped; - 4 inches between the bed and the wall in front of it. Having a huge not-so-flat-screen TV exactly on that spot on thenwall made moving around the bed quite a hazardous challenge... - There were no usable shelfs in the huge wardrobes built around the bed and used for storage of various nick-nacks; no hangers upon arrival either, but that was promptly resolved the next day, once we pointed it out. We appreciated that a lot; - Metal shutters at both French windows are in need of repair because they can't be locked or kept closed at night to keep the outside artificial light out; - A couple of hooks to hang the coats on the wall next to the door and heater would make the stay more confortable; - No hooks anywhere, like for shower or kitchen towels;

Positive: Studio confortable et bien équipé, avec une excellente localisation. Une option bien meilleure qu’un hôtel. J’ai également apprécié la réactivité de l’équipe. Je recommande vivement. Negative: Je n’ai pas apprécié le fait qu’une serviette soit tachée et que l’eau de la douche soit très chaude, sans possibilité de la refroidir.

Clean cosy flat in good area Positive: We entered via keycodes. The information was well communicated, very clear and easy to follow. The ground floor flat was in a good position with easy access to 2 Metro stations. The bed was comfortable and the flat was spotless. The shower was good. We ate twice at Les Chiffonniers around the corner which was great. Negative: This flat really is cosy and ideally would suit a single person. There is very little room to move around. Given there is a kitchen with a hob and microwave and a range of utensils, it would benefit, I think, from a drop down breakfast bar to eat off. It wasn't an issue for us as we were out for most of the time.
