Positive: Excellent location, with the entire city center within walking distance. The kitchen is well equipped, the mattresses are comfortable, and the bed linen is very clean. Negative: We couldn't find a dishwasher, and the coffee machine wasn't working. One bedroom faces the road, while the other overlooks a part of the neighboring building where there was a constant noise from either an extractor fan or an air-conditioning unit — I'm not sure which. It was very hot during our stay, so we kept the windows open, and earplugs were a real help. The second bedroom doesn't have a wardrobe, so clothes have to be placed on chairs. This is fine for a family, but for a group of adults it may not be very convenient.

Positive: Toplocatie! De ligging was perfect voor ons bezoek aan het Louvre Museum en Galeries Lafayette Haussmann. Vanaf het Louvre hebben we de hop-on hop-offbus van Big Bus Tours genomen (rode route), die vlak bij het appartement eindigt. Ook Q-Park Bourse ligt op een paar minuten lopen, net als de bakker om de hoek — ideaal voor verse broodjes in de ochtend. Het appartement bood voldoende ruimte voor ons gezin, met 2 slaapkamers, een woonkamer en een keuken voorzien van alle benodigdheden. Het contact met de verhuurder was snel, duidelijk en prettig.

Tolle Wohnung mitten in Paris mit ein paar Schönheitsfehlern Positive: Die Lage war super - sehr zentral, in der Nähe mehrere Metroststationen. Die Wohnung lag ruhig im 5. Stock, es gab einen Aufzug. Die Einrichtung war geschmackvoll gestaltet, die Betten bequem. Prima für vier Personen. Negative: Es fehlte in der Küche an Ausstattung, zB gab es keinen einzigen Topf mit passendem Deckel. In der Küche herrschte in den ersten Tagen ein strenger Geruch, nach konsequentem Lüften verzog sich der nach und nach, der Mülleimer war nicht sauer und roch streng. Die Einrichtung war zwar hübsch, aber teilweise auch schon ganz schön abgerockt.

Lovely place in a great location. Positive: Exceptional location. Negative: Noisy neighbours upstairs at 3am for two nights in a row.
