Positive: מיקום מרכזי, קרוב למטרו, מחיר טוב ביחס לתמורה, דירה בגודל סביר.
Negative: תחזוקה גרוע, יומיים לא עבד החימום, כמה לילות היו רעשים מטורפים מהחימום שלא היה אפשר לישון אפילו, הספה לא נוחה, אמבטיה ישנה עם טיפטוםים.
הדירה דורשת שיפוץ רציני ואז זה יכול להיות מקום מעולה
