very pleasant Positive: The studio is very well equipped, quiet and comfortable. The hosts very helpful. The location is incredible, with neighbourhood bistrots on the doorstep and wonderful shopping for food at all reasonable hours. The island is tranquil. It is definitely best for one person in terms of clothhes storage, etc.

Modern, clean and comfortable! We loved our stay Positive: Same as the photos, clean and modern, great central location Negative: It is left out of the listing that as you walk in there is work being done and is tucked away in the behind building. The stairs are very narrow and windy which is hard for big suitcases but you get used it to once you have found the apartment

Die Stimmung in einem Studio sehr klein ohne Aussicht und natürliche Belichtung eher deprimierend Positive: die Lage hervorragend, die Innenausstattung gut, gute Handtücher, alles sauber- sehr eng alles, aber gut stylish und praktisch ausgeführt. Innenausstattung neu und gut designed. Negative: das grosse problem war die deptimmierende aussicht in einen dunklen innenhof gegenüber eine kaputte fassade und sehr nahe fenster gegenüber - ohnehin schon schlecht belichtet, konnte man die vorhänge nie öffnen, weil der ausblick schlimm ist und der einblick anderer ständig gegeben. das ist ein grosses manko dieser kleinen Wohnung. Eine Wohnung ohne natürliche Belichtung, da man die Vorhänge (Verdunkelungsstoff) immer geschlossen haben will, da die Aussicht depressiv und negativ ist, man nicht ständig beobachtet sein will, da man nur mit Beleuchtung existieren kann, da so finster. weiters war eine Baustelle im hof - der Zugang ist runtergekommen und hat keinen guten Eindruck hinterlassen.

La ubicación muy buena, cerca de Notre Dame, tiendas y restaurantes, metro cerca también Negative: El acceso es incómodo por las estrechas escaleras, pero eso ya lo sabíamos. Gente con problemas de movilidad no se aconseja

We enjoyed staying in the heart of Paris at Christmas time! Positive: We love staying on the Ile St Louis in the center of Paris. The apartment is very clean and is beautifully equipped! We always like having a kitchen. It’s very quiet and the island has several markets as well as many restaurants. The owners replied to our texts immediately 👌 Negative: Our only problem was the stairs. But that is our fault for choosing a property without an elevator.
