comfortable and joyful stay Positive: location, affordability Negative: no AC

The view on the balcony is nice, but pricey for what they are offering. Positive: Balcony view is nice. Negative: I assumed there is air conditioning and there was not, heat wave hit, and the place was not habitable. Busy street, always traffic from street maintenance and other things, not having air conditioning meaning you have to have the windows open for summer time

Top, vraiment très agréable Positive: Accueil, propreté, belle décoration, petit balcon agréable. Très bien situé (proximité bons restos, commerces, gare Montparnasse). Je recommande +++ Negative: Les 5 étages sans ascenseur mais bon ça fait un peu de sport :-D
