Would be perfect if the simple issues were fixed and maintained. Positive: Location is excellent, welcome items on the dining table, all facilities provided for any length of stay. Contact through WhatsApp was quick and helpful. Bright and airy, AC working really well in March. Super comfortable beds, to me at least, and I usually have back issues with beds so this was a welcome change. Characterful entry procedure to remind you that you’re in Paris. Negative: Mould in the shower. Mould running up the windows in the bathroom. Fixtures and fittings in the bedroom not using the correct anchors and fell off during the stay. Towel rail starting to come loose. Desk in second bedroom very unstable. Strong smell of cigarette smoke ever present even though it is a non-smoking building. Holes in walls above the dryer and the windows in the bathroom. 3rd floor location, not a dealbreaker if you can handle it (we had no issue) but the step on the first corner was starting to fail. Door pull for the main door was coming loose.

Mi è piaciuto solo la posizione , sul resto purtroppo no Positive: Il salotto carino è una camera che si affacciava sulla via , aveva una finestra Negative: Il bagno dove c’era il water troppo piccolo non c’era lavandino non c’era ventilazione, tantomeno una finestra, la stessa cosa nella seconda cameretta zero finestre , sembrava essere in galera , senza ascensore, scale molto strette . Abbiamo chiesto di arrivare prima la risposta negativa , andare via un po più tardi la risposta negativa ,

Positive: Die Lage.Das Gesamtsetup. Negative: Das Türschloss muss geölt werden. Es lässt sich nicht immer auf Anhieb öffnen. Im Bad ist ein wenig Schimmel, eine Ventilation würde helfen. Auch das WC benötigt eine Ventilation. Mit einen grossen Koffer ist der Aufstieg 3 Stockwerke hoch für Schwächere schwierig.

Positive: Very comfortable, well appointed and great location. Hosts were communicative and responsive. Awesome place to stay!
