Perfect location! Near to everything! Avoid if you are tall or like a decent shower / bath ! Positive: Brilliant location just off the Champs Élysées, right by George V metro station. The apartment was light and bright with some nice touches, high ceilings making it feel spacious. Good kitchen facilities, comfy beds, quiet air conditioning. Plenty of hot water. Good security, modern entry system. Good elevator up to 4th floor (narrow stairs to 5th) Negative: The over-bath shower and the bath are absolutely tiny! Luckily we are all small, but there isn’t even enough headroom or shoulder width to be able to stand at the shower end of the bath. I am 5’4 and I had to remove the shower head in order to wash my hair and the two men in our party had to kneel. There weren’t any handles to hold onto - this would have helped as it’s hard to balance in there. I spent the whole trip secretly worrying about the fire escape situation. No apparent provision or instructions about this, and no fire escape apart from the main (wooden) staircase. No fire blanket or fire extinguisher either? Maybe this is normal for France, but isn’t great, and something to consider if you worry about that sort of thing.

Great stay and location Positive: Great location. Off the busy street near the arc de triumph. Negative: The shower was a bit tight.

Positive: Amazing Apartment Amazing location Negative: I would have given the highest rating but unfortunately we were on the 5th floor and the elevator wasnt working since we arrived, so u can imagine the frustration of having to use the small narrow french stairs lifting our luggage plus using the stairs everyday more than once. Im 50 yrs old , but thank God im an athletic guy...If your going to book this apartment i highly recommend it , but make sure the elevator is working..
