Apparemment sympa, idéalement placé avec toutes les commodités nécessaires, je recommande Positive: L’emplacement propre des transports, climatisation et bonne insonorisation dans les chambres Negative: Lits un peu étroits et manque de pression dans la douche du fond

Given the price, was expecting a higher standard of apartment but overall catered for our needs. Positive: Good location, metro within a few minutes walking distance. Comfortably caters for a family of 4. Negative: The interior is tired and general maintenance is required, property feels a neglected and require some TLC. Lamps are broken with no bulbs in them, no batteries in air conditioning remote, cushions on beds rather than pillows, blind slats are bent and require replacing.

Positive: The location is good, close to attractions, the apartment is clean and comfortable

Fairly priced apartment, a comfortable stay. Positive: Good location near Pere Lachaise cemetery and within a few minutes' walking distance to the Metro. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious. In general, a comfortable and functional apartment. Negative: The apartment could use some maintenance and repair, and perhaps a deeper cleaning. A couple of lamps were not working and there were here and there signs of age taking its toll. Easily fixed with a little work.
