This is a great place to stay in a fantastic area. The apartment is well appointed, with everything you need. We met the owner, and he’s really nice. One thing that’s odd but definitely manageable if you expect it is that the water system/hot water is very loud. Loud enough to wake friends or kids who are light sleepers if they aren’t on the same schedule, and you take a shower or run the sink, for example. The reason for four stars is twofold: one, the property management company that manages the VRBO does not seem to know the owner well and that led to confusing communications. While we were staying, the owner sent us a WhatsApp to say he needed entry to the apartment (he lives downstairs) but we had never seen that number or heard his name. We thought it was a scam and messaged the property manager, and they said they did not know the person and “maybe we put our information in an internet form” and were getting scammed. We later met the owner in the hallway and got clarity, but the whole experience was frustrating. Second, the windows are not lockable, nor do they have screens and are very easily accessible by a small child. This is high up and if a kid crawled out, there is nothing to stop them from falling from multiple stories up. Our child was just old enough to know better, but I would absolutely not stay in this place with a toddler or a kid who may not follow directions.

Piccolo appartamento ben curato e servito nel centro di Parigi Positive: Abbiamo soggiornato con due bambine gemelle di due anni. Ottima posizione, servita da bus e metro. Facile da raggiungere dall’aeroporto di Orly Ascensore presente con solo una rampa all’ultimo piano per accedere. Casa piccola ma curata. Alcuni piccoli dettagli che fanno molto piacere: asciugamani puliti, carta igienica e scottex in abbondanza, prodotti per la casa/pulizia, lavatrice, phone, molti elettrodomestici (tostapane,microonde,macchina del caffè), acqua, due televisioni. Bagni piccoli, ma puliti. Vista sulla tour eiffel molto suggestiva Un ottimo parco per staccare nelle vicinanze (monceau) Ha resistito a due bambine di due anni, quindi è sicuramente valido🤣 Negative: Migliorabile non tanto la pulizia, ma forse una ristrutturazione più approfondita per alcuni aspetti strutturali (es infissi, armadi, fissaggio tende etc)
