Gute Lage und Ausstattung, aber schwieriges Raumklima Positive: Die Schlüsselübergabe über den Tresor hat unkompliziert und gut funktioniert. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr professionell und vorbildlich. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut: Die nächste U-Bahn-Station ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt, und direkt in der Nähe gibt es Geschäfte und Cafés zum Frühstücken. Die Wohnung ist außerdem sehr gut ausgestattet, insbesondere mit Küchenutensilien, Besteck und Verbrauchsmaterialien. Die Betten waren bequem und die Gestaltung der Innenwände ist ansprechend. Negative: Weniger gut gefallen hat uns, dass sich die Wohnung durch nicht abdunkelbare Schräg-/Oberfenster bei Sonneneinstrahlung stark aufheizt. Da die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss zu einem Hof mit Durchgangsverkehr liegt, möchte man die Fenster nachts nicht unbedingt offen lassen. Dadurch entsteht, insbesondere nach dem Duschen, schnell ein sehr warmer und feuchter „Sauna-Effekt“. Die Wohnung ist wie angekündigt klein, wird aber bei ausgeklapptem Schlafsofa für mehr als zwei Personen sehr eng, da kaum Platz für Gepäck bleibt. Insgesamt könnten Bad und Wohnung etwas Pflege bzw. Renovierung gebrauchen: Teilweise ist die Isolierung von Elektrokabeln beschädigt, die Fugen im Bad beginnen zu schimmeln, der Duschkopf stark verkalkt und die Badlüftung ist eher schwach. Für zwei Personen ist die Wohnung grundsätzlich in Ordnung, vor allem wegen der guten Lage und Ausstattung. Mit ausgeklapptem Schlafsofa bzw. für mehr Personen wäre sie uns persönlich zu eng und bei warmem Wetter zu aufgeheizt.

The perfect location for a great weekend at Paris. A gem in the marais Positive: location is PERFECT! at the middle of the fabulous quiet and stylish street at the marais! Superb food around and very nice and quiet area . Everything you need for a perfect vacation in Paris. Hosts were very responsive and friendly with everything we needed. Negative: For 3 big people for a full week the apparent might be a little bit small.

Positive: Convenient location. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment has everything you need: a capsule coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, and all the necessary kitchenware. There are four comfortable sleeping places. The bed linen was clean and comfortable. The fact that the apartment is small is actually a plus after spending entire days walking around Paris. The bathroom is convenient, with clean towels provided. There is also a washing machine (with laundry pods), an iron, and an ironing board. Upon arrival, it was a pleasant surprise to find a thoughtful welcome gift from the hosts: candies, bottled water, and coffee capsules for the coffee machine. The apartment has two fans, and the windows can be opened. It is quiet and peaceful at night because the apartment is located in an inner courtyard. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay!

Positive: I liked the location very much, it was close to everywhere i want to visit and also was so lively. Negative: The Apartment was so small, they have mentioned the apartment is for 4 person but it is not realistic, we were 2 person and the space was not even enough for 2.
