Recommended accomodation Positive: The house is quite big and totally clean and has everything such as: kettle, coffee machine, kitchen utensils, ........ The bathroom is so huge and separated with toilet. Welcome drinks and chocolate and all detail instruction. Location is near franpix (3 steps), lidl and carrefoure (5mins walk), bakeries, metro ..... 25 mins to center by metro. 15mins by car to Orly airport. Bedroom is very clean, quiet and the bed is totally comfortable. Negative: Due to floors without elevator is one of minus for those with large suitcases. Yet, the owner notice you in advance. Since the house is at busy streets, so a bit noise for whose who sleep in sofa bed in living room.

Spotless apartment in the 20th district of Paris, great location, fresh linens, safe area. Positive: The apartment in the 20th district of Paris was an excellent choice. It was spotlessly clean, and you could really tell that cleanliness is taken seriously. We were welcomed with fresh, great-smelling towels and bed linen, which made a huge difference after a long day of sightseeing. The location is perfect — only about 200 meters from Metro line 9, which allows easy access to places like the Eiffel Tower. Right next to the apartment there are great restaurants and grocery stores, a Lidl just 200 meters away, and wonderful bakeries offering fresh, delicious bread every day. The area felt clean, well-kept, and safe, making it an ideal place for both a short city break and a longer stay. Highly recommended.

Positive: El piso está excelente, muy cómodo, tiene todo lo necesario. Horno, estufa, algunos platos, vasos, tazas y cucharas. Muchas gracias. Negative: Lo único que molesta un poco es el ruido que hace la escalera, si alguien llega tarde y son muchas personas se escucha mucho ruido.
