Positive: Metroya çok yakındı ulaşım olarak çok iyiydi Negative: Yeterince iyi ısınmıyordu , havlu ve çarşaf sayısı yetersizdi

Séjour pour les études, très sympathique Positive: Nous avons eu quelques dégages des eaux indépendants de notre volonté mais l’hôte a très vite réagi et c’était très appréciable ! Un grand merci !

Made the best of it, Might not go back. Positive: No breakfast, however there was a fully equipped kitchen with a clothes washer. Location was in the latin quarter of Paris, an older building with a very steep narrow winding staircase.(no lift). This was quaint and authentic of Paris in the 1800s. The "Latin Quarter" is misleading, the neighborhood is predominately middle eastern. This leads to some really great dining options and shopping experiences, The people were great and very helpful to a couple of non French speaking tourists. Negative: We initially had some difficulty with the door access codes. we were sent the lockbox access code for the apartment, however the code for the building entrance was further down in the notification and we missed it. The apartment was listed as being on the 2nd floor, but being Canadian, we were unaware the the ground floor in Europe is designated a Floor 0, so our apartment was actually on the third floor. (this took a while figure out),fortunately the folks living in the ground floor until came out and helped us figure it out and also helped us get our luggage up the stairs. The stairway was a very steep and narrow, winding trek. Extreme caution required especially with luggage On arrival we found that the IKEA bed had broken supports slats, and the mattress at the foot of the bed would fall through. I adjusted the slats enough to support my feet safely and reported it the the host. They said they could come fix it, but we had taken the keys with us and would have to return to let them in. I said that we could manage for the rest of our stay as we did not want to take time from our sightseeing. We got locked out one day. The door inadvertently closed on us with the key inside on the table. The host would not agree to have someone come to assist us without the commitment of payment (50Euro). However when the guy showed up to let us in, the price escalated to 200 euro. the WC was very tiny as was the shower. I'm 6'2 (184cm) it was a tight squeeze

Il soggiorno con mio figlio e’stato splendido e lo rifarei subito! Prezzo un po’alto . Positive: La posizione a due passi da Rue du Bac e altre strade meravigliose e ben fornite . A 20m unaBrasserie- Aristide - con personale gentilissimo e cibo ottimo a prezzi normali .il silenzio assoluto dello stabile e lo spazio in generale accogliente e allegro , i servizi wifi , macchina del caffe’, bollitore , phon tutto ottimo……Tuttavia ci sono dei dettagli che andrebbero rivisti ( tendaggi , rubinetto del bagno e la pulizia del tappeto …) ma si sa che gli host non sempre sono attenti , purtroppo . Negative: Il bagno terribilmente piccolo e le scale d’accesso molto caratteristiche ma strette e faticose con i bagagli. Prezzo un po’alto.
