Stress free administration and easy instructions. Clean, quiet flat. Positive: Good, clear instructions from host. Nice quiet flat. Clean and tidy. Had facilities for me to make meals. Close to the metro system. Easy to get from CDG or Orly by train. Plenty of cafes an shops to get food. Negative: Kitchen missing a bread knife and board.

All good, safe, quiet location, nice roomy apartment. Positive: Great location, supermarket less than 100 m away, two train stations close by, nice safe neighbourhood. Room was good size for Paris. Negative: Shower was crazy, points up in the air, such an easy fix I can't understand why the owner doesn't fix, wors as a handheld shower, just annoying. Otherwise, all good.
