Si vous changer le lit, ça peut etre très bien Positive: Emplacement et facilité d'accès au logement parfait. globalement fidéle à l'annonce et pour le prix on ne s'attendait pas a beaucoup plus grand de toute façon Negative: Le lit, c'est tout à fait impossible de dormir la dedans, on sent une barre en fer dans le dos dès qu'on bouge et pourtant je pese pas bien lourd, j'imagine meme pas pour le reste de la population ! Je trouve ça vraiment dommage, parce que vu la surface, on se doute bien qu'on loue pour avoir un point de chute et dormir, du coup ne pas pouvoir dormir confortablement c'est vraiment pas possible, nous n'avons passé que 1 nuit sur les 3 prévus

A bad start under chilly weather could destroy our stay in Paris. Fortunately, we survived. Positive: The food businesses around were good. Negative: We arrived two hours before the check-in and had to suffer awful weather outdoors, catching a cold, before I got a wi-fi opportunity in a cafe to call Warren. The keybox procedure should have been explained more deeply: after unlocking, certain finger pressure is necessary to get to the keys. In the darkness, it was difficult to dare; fortunately, a host helped. You should have informed the customer in advance of the absence of a normal window in the room. There should be a solution for the winter season regarding the wind blowing under the door (to glue a strip of felt to the bottom of the door). The wall of the room should have an additional shelf to compensate for the lack of floor space. In the bathroom, special hooks are necessary for the towels. I noticed a mark from a glued hook on the bathroom door; the initial hook was too weak. There is enough space above the toilet for a spacious cabinet. Warren did help, thanks!

Overall, I’m still very satisfied with this apartment, and it left me with very positive emotions. Positive: The apartment was in a perfect location, you can reach the Arc de Triomphe on foot in just 5 minutes. The metro station is also very close, so we didn’t spend any money on transportation at all, as everything was within walking distance. Communication with the host was easy; whenever I had a question, I received replies quite quickly. The apartment is very small, but we already knew that in advance. There were two of us (two girls), and it wasn’t a problem for us ,we fit in comfortably anyway. Negative: What I didn’t like was that a lot of noise comes in from the stairwell. Unfortunately, we had noisy neighbors, and we could often hear them. The apartment has no sound insulation at all, which was a problem. Also, even though there is a window, it’s practically unusable, as it opens into an enclosed space.
