Yes the property was welcoming to petsThe apartment was bright, spacious with 2 very comfortable bedrooms. Each bedroom was a real bedroom and had adequate clothing storage space--closets etc. The living room was comfortable and bright and lovely to sit in and read. The location was superb—could not have been better.However, there were certain significant flaws that would have been easy to remedy. The kitchen was well equipped with a real oven and stove top as well as a washing machine. However, there were no dishtowels, no dishwashing soap, no laundry detergent, all of which we had to purchase. There were no instructions about how to use the oven or the washing machine, and we had to go on line to check on the washing machine model and figure out how to use it. The bathroom was OK but one had to climb over a fairly high wall of the bathtub in order to get into it. There was no bathmat, a seriously dangerous lack given the climbing out of the tub needed, and the slipperiness of the floor. We purchased a bathmat as well. The bathtub clogged up within 4 days of our arrival, and since neither of us has long hair, I assume there had been an issue before. The owner was quick to respond and sent a plumber, but this was a bit inconvenient.There was only 1 set of keys, and given that there were 2 of us going about independently all week, we found it irritating to have to go through a long code process to get the key out of the drop box every time we came in and out.

Positive: El apartamento es muy amplio y cómodo, las habitaciones son muy espaciosas. Todos los servicios funcionan de buena forma. La ubicación es muy buena, el barrio es animado, a unos pasos del inicio de la Mouffetard que tiene amplia oferta comercial, gastronómica y un muy lindo ambiente. Servicios muy próximos al apartamento. El barrio es muy lindo, muy parisino. Fácil llegada a la estación de metro Censier Daubeton Negative: Si bien es un cuarto piso por escalera, es algo habitual en Paris céntrico y no se hace difícil salvo para subir y bajar escaleras. Deberían mejorar la puerta del baño, no cierra en forma hermética y no permite privacidad.

La salle de bains mériterait également une remise à niveau, le cumulus présentant une fuite avec un goutte-à-goutte nocturne. Au regard du tarif et de la qualité habituelle des biens proposés par ce loueur, ces points ont été un peu décevants. Des améliorations sur ces aspects rendraient le séjour beaucoup plus agréable.
