Positive: The location was outstanding. The apartment was beautiful and a perfect fit for our group of 7. It was pleasant and had all the necessities. Negative: One key for a group of seven is unacceptable. The apartment should have been equipped with multiple keys from the start. Our key was either stolen from the lock or lockbox, yet the owner's response was unprofessional and dismissive. We were held fully responsible for replacing the lock and charged a hefty €400 fee. Ironically, after paying for the lock replacement, the apartment ended up with five keys. The entire situation left us feeling uneasy. When we requested camera footage to help determine what happened to the key, we were told none was available and that we were solely responsible. While the apartment itself was fine, the way this issue was handled significantly impacted our experience.

Ein perfektes und top gelegenes Gruppenapartment mit unkomplizierten, sehr hilfsbereiten Gastgebern Positive: Das Apartment war für unsere Gruppe von 7 Personen ideal aufgeteilt und sehr bequem. Die Lage ist unschlagbar: Man kann von dort aus wirklich alles in Paris super schnell erreichen. Die Zimmer im oberen Bereich sind sehr grosszügig und die Betten dort extrem bequem. Die Küche ist zweckmässig ausgestattet – für unseren Kaffee am Morgen und Gläser hat es völlig gereicht. Ein tolles Extra: Es waren sogar Tabs für die Geschirrspülmaschine vorhanden, sodass wir nichts extra kaufen mussten! Ein riesiges Lob geht an die Gastgeber: Sie waren absolut professionell und haben auf meine sehr kurzfristige Anfrage sofort, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit reagiert. Wir durften unsere Koffer vorab in der Wohnung deponieren und später nach der offiziellen Check-in-Zeit einziehen. Dadurch konnten wir unseren Städtetrip sofort stressfrei starten. Die Anbindung ist so gut, dass wir im Nachhinein die Wohnung am liebsten noch für weitere Tage gemietet hätten, um von dort aus unkompliziert ins Disneyland zu fahren. Wir werden diese Wohnung bei unserem nächsten Paris-Besuch auf jeden Fall wieder buchen! Negative: Das Schlafzimmer im unteren Bereich ist etwas klein und das dortige Bett wirkte schmaler. Das Bettsofa ist leider ein wenig unbequem, aber für den Aufenthalt insgesamt völlig in Ordnung.

Positive: L’appartement en duplex est spacieux et confortable , en bon état et très propre. Les 3 chambres sont équipées de literie de qualité . 2 salles d’eau et 1 salle de bain, 2 wc. Idéal pour 3 couples avec lit bébé et un couchage supplémentaire ( canapé du séjour) que nous n’avons pas utilisé . L’appartement est bien situé, à proximité du métro ( ligne 5 Jacques Bonsergent), au fond d’une petite cour avec un peu de verdure et beaucoup de lumière et très calme ! Nous avons passé un agréable séjour

Positive: Good location, not far away metro and bus stations, as well you can reach popular points like Louvre by foot in 30-40 mins, several grocery stores around (few working long hours), restaurants and bars in the area. Big kitchen table for family breakfast. No noise from the street. Apartment looked the same as in the pictures, convenient that there were 3 bathrooms (2 WCs), just mind that two of them have no doors and limited privacy (visible in the pictures). Hosts were informative and responded very quickly to our requests. We as well used their recommendations (including convenient pickup service from the airport). As for Paris standards apartment was very good! Negative: Security deposits of EUR 1,5th, in my opinion, was a bit too large, but we were aware of it during booking our stay, and it was released right after the trip. Small details, but not a big deal: 1 bathroom towel less than visitors, I am sure it would be provided if we asked.
