Abbiamo adorato la posizione e tutti i servizi Positive: Ben organizzato lo spazio, buona presenza di prese di corrente, luminoso e confortevole. Il silenzio della corte ha reso la vacanza e il riposo molto rilassante. Negative: Mancanza di appendi del bagno per gli asciugamani, mancanza di un appendiabiti all’ingresso. Mancano i cucchiaini.

Schöne geräumige Wohnung in sehr guter Lage Positive: Sehr sauber und ruhig und so, wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Negative: Hellhörig, einige Teile wie die defekte Seifenschale im Bad oder im Fußboden könnten ersetzt werden. Die Wohnung hat keinen Ausblick.

Great flat worth every penny Positive: Great flat - location, cleanness, equipment, you name it. Nicely designed, well-aired and heated for any preference (we were in autumn). 2 bathrooms is a rare catch in Paris, so it is a great addition. Lively, full of restos and bars, but quiet later at night neighborhood, 3 minutes to grocery store, 5 to restaurants, 7 to metro. Negative: It is not a dislike, but you need to be aware - it is a well maintained, yet not a modern building. So when kids were running in the flat upstairs, we sense it very clearly :) Thus, if you are an early bird who goes site-seeing at 10am, this wont be a problem. If not - just get the earplugs to prolong your sleep.
