Location was perfect Positive: Lovely little apartment Negative: Nothing was great!

Ruhige Oase mitten in Paris!

TRAUMATIC and TERRIFYING stay in HAZARDOUS flat Positive: The location is great. Negative: There was a large RAT that woke us up in the middle of the night by knocking a wine glass down. Being in such a small space with a large rodent was unsettling and unsanitary and we quickly rebooked into a hotel. The owners did not show any empathy and offered an exterminator. The property is located up three flights of narrow stairs that are very unsafe to use. Trash piles up quickly since the only trash cans in the room are only large enough to hold sanitary napkins (despite having a kitchen) and we believe the rat entered while we had the door open for several minutes while we were removing the trash. When I called Booking.com they mentioned that there have been NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS about this property. It really shouldn’t even be listed on the platform. Don’t make the mistake we did. Avoid at all costs.

very pleasant Positive: The studio is very well equipped, quiet and comfortable. The hosts very helpful. The location is incredible, with neighbourhood bistrots on the doorstep and wonderful shopping for food at all reasonable hours. The island is tranquil. It is definitely best for one person in terms of clothhes storage, etc.

Modern, clean and comfortable! We loved our stay Positive: Same as the photos, clean and modern, great central location Negative: It is left out of the listing that as you walk in there is work being done and is tucked away in the behind building. The stairs are very narrow and windy which is hard for big suitcases but you get used it to once you have found the apartment
