Very nice and convenient location. Excellent restaurants on street level, and grocery stores. Cute and clean 2 bedroom unit on the 3rd floor. Good amenities. 1.5 bathrooms was actually just 1 toilet room with no wash basin 1 shower room with wash basin and washer/dryer which made it a bit challenging for our party of 3.

Positive: The apartment was generally clean besides the urine smell at the toilette and there were a lot of treats when we got there and thank you for that. The slef enterance was very easy and we didnt experience any problem with that. The interior design was cut. The bathroom was big. Negative: The appartment was extremely cold, even colder than outside. And due to the fact that the windows and the walls are extremely thin the outside noise was inside the appartment. We wake up 6.30 am every morning becayse of the garbage cleaning noise at the courtyard. The toilette was extremely small and smelt like urine even though it was clean. We didnt get how it smelled so bad. There werent any mirrors at the room which was looking at the courtyard even though there are 3 of them at the other room.
