Positive: Very nice flat, with charme of old Paris

Positive: Sehr gemütlich, geräumig und gut eingerichtet. Bequemes Bett, bequemes Schlafsofa, tolles Badezimmer, super Lage. Top Equipment: Waschmaschine Badewanne mit grossem Boiler Kaffee für den ganzen Aufenthalt Balkon! Gerne wieder! Negative: Keine Lüftung im Bad und im separaten WC, Lüften nur via Fenster der anderen Zimmer möglich. Teilweise bisschen staubig aber insgesamt sauber und heimelig. Die Teflonpfannen sollten dringend mal erneuert werden. Gerne wieder!

Apartament w klimatycznej części Paryża. Positive: Apartament w bardzo fajnej dzielnicy, spokojnej, pełnej sklepików i kafejek. Dobra komunikacja metrem z centrum. Dobre wyposażenie: ekspres i kapsułki, toster, pralka, zmywarka, czekoladki, kapsułki do prania i zmywarki. Dobry kontakt z gospodarzami.Wygodnie się spało😁 Negative: Odstrasza klatka schodowa (zapach i brud), wynika to z faktu, że apartament jest w starej kamienicy. Sprzątanie mogłoby być dokładniejsze (kurz, niedoprana pościel). W łazience i toalecie przydałby się remont. Fajnie byłoby uzupełnić ramki bez obrazków.😁 Trzeba by zamienić śruby w podstawach TV (ryzyko ich przewrócenia). Małe drobiazgi do zaopiekowania. Fajnie byłoby mieć małe lampki przy lózkach. Oczywiście trzeba pamiętać o 5 piętrze bez windy, ale to jest opisane w ofercie.

Very disappointing. Positive: The location was good, safe neighborhood, about 10 to 15 minutes from the nearest Metro. Negative: The property, well it might once have been clean and well kept– is very rundown at this time. The walls and the floors are fairly dirty. The toilet room had a significant hole in the ceiling where there had been a leak, and not fixed. Part of the wall had bubbling from water leaks. The bathroom around the tub was filthy, with black mold evident in the grouting. The door handles to the toilet room and the bathroom were all very loose, literally jiggling around. It is listed as an apartment for four people, with a sofa bed. The sofa bed is a trundle – not level to one another – and the lower portion was very hard and uncomfortable. As others had posted, the stairwell coming up to the apartment smelled terrible up damp. It did not feel healthy entering the building- I would have to question mold in the walls.

Logement agréable, calme, confortable et cosy Positive: L’emplacement, le logement et ses équipements, le calme, la facilité d’accès. Les gifts guests sont un plus et appréciables. Negative: Le ménage n’était pas top : de la poussière partout, le sol du salon n’avait pas été lavé.
