A clean, comfortable, well-located apartment in a safe neighborhood that worked for our family of 5. Positive: Convenient location, less than a 20-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower Safe, quiet, and residential neighborhood Well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms with everything we needed Comfortable beds Plenty of space for our family of five Very clean throughout Good storage space for clothes and belongings Only a 5-minute walk to the nearest Metro stop Negative: Ground-floor unit, so there can be some noise at times (as expected) Shower in one of the bedrooms did not drain well Bedrooms are on the smaller side, which could feel tight if traveling with multiple large suitcases

Positive: Nos pareció muy bonito y cómodo. Sin duda fue una muy buena elección. Negative: Lo único que mejoraría es hacer mantenimiento a las duchas. Estaban un poco tapadas.

Location was perfect with thoughtful hosts; the place was clean, charming and modern, and the beds were incredibly comfo Positive: Tastefully decorated with modern touches; the beds were insanely comfortable! It had everything we needed. The welcome sweets and bottled water were a thoughtful gesture that we appreciated. We also liked that it was on the ground floor, providing easy and quick access. The location and proximity to places we wanted to be close to (Monoprix, bakery, great restaurants) was absolutely perfect for us. Negative: Some hanging hooks near the entrance or hallway would be nice, to hang coats/jackets/purses etc on. Two sets of keys, instead of just one set, may be better in case family members need to part ways or go to separate places. The second entrance door (the one that didn’t need a code or key) also started messing up on our last night/day, where it kept staying locked, instead of unlocked like it normally was. The only way we were able to get inside on our last night was because another tenant happened to be coming in at the same time, so he was able to unlock it and let us come in after him.
