Positive: I was there with a friend at the end of March and we really liked the apartament. It was in a good part of Paris and we had everything we needed. Everything was clean and the building was quiet during the night. Really lovely, i would suggest it to other people!

Positive: Studio was heel sfeervol en gezellig. Bed lag prima. Hele rustige omgeving. Negative: Er was slecht gepoets. Er lagen nog haren van voorgangers en het was stoffig. Douche water was erg snel koud. Haren wassen was geen optie. Voor de deur op het binnenplaatsje lagen oude fietsen, een koffiepot een stortbak van een toilet en oude nep planten.

Positive: tres bien situé Negative: le lavabo était assez vieux et abimé et la vaisselle un peu poussiéreuse mais sinon ça va

To add missing facilities and it will be better for the price. Positive: Good location, cozy room, clean linen and towels, rather clean room. Coffee machine with enough capsules, water in bottles. Good equipped kitchen, nice and cozy room. Warren always answered quickly. Negative: Ground floor with a lot of trash cans at the entrance to the room. It was loud in the early morning. There were no good facilities in the bathroom-enough hooks for towels, no shelf for shower gel, no soap holder. No hooks or hanger for coats.

Good stay, could have been exceptional with a little bit more effort. Positive: We really liked the location and the place was very cozy, it was as presented in the pictures and totally comfrotable for two people. Negative: Place was not as clean as we’d expected, the decorative wall above the bed was very dusty, and the whole place seemed as it hasn’t been properly cleaned as we expected for 20€/day cleaning fee. There were only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 days of our stay.
