7.Nueva suite 4 personas- Saint Germain Notre-Dame

Ότι χειρότερο. Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά. Θα κάνουμε αναφορά στην booking Negative: Η εμπειρία μας δυστυχώς ήταν πολύ δυσάρεστη παρόλο που το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετικό σημείο και είναι πλήρως ανακαινισμένο, αντιμετωπίσαμε ένα πολύ ουσιαστικό πρόβλημα και αναγκαστήκαμε να εγκαταλείψουμε το διαμέρισμα χωρίς καμία βοήθεια από τους host. Αισθανόμαστε εξαπατημένοι. Οταν κάναμε check in στο διαμέρισμα είχε έναν ενοχλητικό ήχο από το air condition ή τον εξαερισμό δεν καταλάβαμε ποτέ τι ακριβώς ήταν. Παρατηρήσαμε ότι από την μία μεριά είχε φύγει από την θέση του και μας έπεσε σχεδόν στο κεφάλι το μεταλλικό. Είχαν προσθέσει κάτι χαρτοπετσέτες για να το σφηνώσουν οπότε το ξανα βάλαμε στην θέση του και βγήκαμε έξω καθώς θέλαμε να δούμε το Παρίσι και όχι να ασχολούμαστε με τέτοιου είδους εργασίες. Το βράδυ που γυρίσαμε ο φορυβος έγινε πιο δυνατός με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορούμε να κοιμηθούμε. Ήταν σαν να μας έκαναν βασανιστήρια. Την επόμενη μέρα το απόγευμα έστειλα ένα μήνυμα εξηγώντας την κατάσταση στους υπεύθυνους μαζί με ένα βίντεο και τους ζητήσαμε να λύσουν το θέμα βρίσκοντας μας ένα άλλο διαμέρισμα για να μείνουμε ή αλλιώς θα αναγκαζόμασταν να φύγουμε. Τους εξηγήσαμε ότι αυτό έπρεπε να γίνει πρωί γιατί είχαμε κλείσει εισιτήρια για το Λούβρο. Καμία απάντηση μέχρι τις 11 που τους ξανά έστειλα μήνυμα μου έστειλαν ότι θα στείλουν κάποιον τεχνικό. Είχαμε φύγει ήδη από το διαμέρισμα και είχαμε μαζέψει τα πράγματα μας για να πάμε σε ένα ξενοδοχείο αφού δεν λάβαμε καμία απάντηση. Το μόνο που μας έγραψαν είναι που να αφήσουμε τα κλειδιά. Είναι πρώτη φορά που αντιμετωπίζουμε τέτοια απαξίωση και αντιεπαγγελματική συμπεριφορά. Ήρθαμε στο Παρίσι για 3 μέρες για να ξεκουραστούμε και αναγκαστήκαμε να μετακομίσουμε και να πληρώσουμε άλλη μια νύχτα σε άλλη διαμονή. Μας χάλασαν όλο το ταξίδι.

The location and comfort of the unit contributed greatly to a fantastic week in Paris. Positive: A fantastic location in the middle of the action, yet very quiet and relaxing once in the unit. Very new finishes and furnishings. Excellent large shower. Also very close to Metro and RER stations. Listened to Notre Dame bells ringing. The welcome pack and information was top-notch. Negative: Not a dislike but to be aware that it is stairs only and some are rather steep. Practically, once the sleeper couch is open (if there are more than two adults) the bedroom users need to lift it to access the bathroom. We were aware of this and it was not a problem for us.

Looks can be deceiving Positive: Locatiin: excellent. Easy to find , bright apartment , quiet even though it was is the centre of busy location , clean and had everything required (basic necessities ) Negative: What let the experiemce down: 1.upon arrival we notified managemnt owner that there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom drain. The bathroom entrance was directly next to the eating table which did not make for pleasant dinning. This smell was only bearable with the windows open at all times. It could have been an easy fix however we only recieved a response about the issue the day before we we leaving . The response was ." Sorry, we will look into it matter after you leave" 2. Apartment sleeps 4 as there is a sofa bed. Although the sofa bed was comfortable when extended there is no room for the people sleeping in the bedroom to get across to the bathroom without climbing over onto the bed. Design poor and not really functional for 4 people (even though we where only 3) Unfortunately it was over priced overall for the size and management let it down further.

I ll go back again and again it is central to transport, main museum , food and great restaurants , parcs Positive: New property , great choices of material, bed were hard enough and good size ! Away from notice and in the heart of Paris
