After hauling everything up to the 3rd floor, I was shocked by what I saw. The apartment looks nothing like the photos. looks like The pictures were edited for brightness; in reality, the place is incredibly dark because the tiny windows face a wall just one meter away. It felt like living in a storage room. The Main Issues Health Hazard: The bathroom was covered in mold. This is completely unacceptable and dangerous, especially with an infant and a toddler. I immediately called the management to say I could not stay in such conditions. While they agreed to cancel the remaining days this is not what i expected but it could be worse so at least that , they still charged me for one full night plus an 80 Euro cleaning fee even though I never even unpacked or used the room! Charging a cleaning fee for a moldy apartment I didn't stay in is daylight robbery. Management & Booking.com I chose this place because it was run by a management company rather than an individual, thinking it would be more professional. I was wrong. I spent an entire day of my vacation wandering the streets with kids and luggage trying to find a last-minute alternative. Booking.com was a huge disappointment. when things go wrong they leave you stranded.

Positive: La struttura era abbastanza accogliente, il riscaldamento funzionava molto bene! Carini i fiori, l’acqua e i cioccolatini che ci hanno fatto trovare al nostro arrivo. L’appartamento è vicinissimo alla metro e ti puoi spostare con tranquillità. Tanti baretti carini per fare colazione nelle vicinanze Negative: Come letto in alcune recensioni forse per 4 persone è un po’ stretto e non c’è molto spazio per poggiare valigie e borse.
