Very good location and a comfortable stay in Paris. Positive: The location was excellent, very close to the metro and many restaurants. The apartment was comfortable and had everything needed for a short stay in Paris. Negative: During the first couple of days there was a strong smell coming from the bathroom, which was unpleasant. It improved later, but it would be good if the host checks the ventilation or plumbing.And In the morning it could be a bit noisy because the apartment is next to a school, but it didn’t really disturb us.

Paris 4 fashion week Positive: Posizione ottima , casa molto carina ; bagno piccolo ma pulito , servizi essenziali tutti presenti . Wifi super buono . Negative: Gli spazi con divano letto aperto molto scarsi , però è normale a Parigi Un grande problema sono le pareti , troppo leggere ; senti parlare , salire e scendere le scale molto forte . Rapporto qualità prezzo : non buono , un 20% in meno sarebbe il prezzo corretto .

Piccola vacanza parigina Positive: Posizione ottima, comoda alla metro, ottimo quartiere, non turistico. Struttura pulita, attrezzata con tutto. Negative: Divano letto scomodo, acqua della doccia con poca pressione e acqua mal regolabile, o bollente o troppo fredda, difficoltà nel fare una doccia completa. Moscerini nella doccia...Struttura non insonorizzata, i rumori dei vicini si sentivano parecchio, anche perché i pavimenti si muovono.
