Positive: Super petit appartement dans un quartier ideal pour visiter Paris (metro ligne 8 au bas de l immeuble, gare montparnasse et tour eiffel accessible à pieds (25 minutes). La rue offre tous les commerces (epicerie, superette et une boulangerie très très bonne se trouve au pied de l immeuble). La décoration est soignée, le lit confortable. Le canapé convertible offre un couchage très correct. Tres bonne isolation, la chambre donne à l arriere donc est très calme. La salle de bain est très spacieuse et moderne. Tout est propre. Proprietaires très reactifs. Si 4 etages sans ascenseur ne vous font pas peur, c est une pépite dans Paris. Negative: Rien, tout est parfait.

First impressions were great… until reality set in. Positive: At first, the property looked fabulous. We love the location and we are familiar with the area. We didn’t mind the stairs. It worked fine for us with a toddler. The furniture was stained- the sofa and rugs. However, the bedroom and space was nicely laid out and worked. Bathroom was quite large. Negative: Now, the issues come- one- main door is not a solid door with gaps and noise travels in. For 3 nights there were LOUD conversations from other guests/ neighbors, music at random times of the night and mornings. We reached out to the host informing them. On the last night there was a mouse in the flat. Though we understand a city might have these issues, it was absolutely disgusting and disappointing that the host never got back to us! We stayed up nearly all night trying to catch it… the following morning we found another one and dirty soaks from a past guest.

Positive: Отличное расположение , рядом много магазинов, ресторанов , пекарни. Стильная квартира, большая светлая ванная с окном, большая кухня со всеми принадлежностями, удобная кровать. Рядом метро, до эйфелевой башни 20 мин пешком Negative: 4ый этаж без лифта по узкой винтовой лестнице, нет возможности оставить чемоданы после выселения
